The Business GENIUS 6 Challenges
Take on these 6 challenges and get on the right track to grow the business you want.
"Life is a series of natural and spontaneous challenges.
Don't resist them; that only leads to sorrow"
Lao Tzu
6 Challenges!; sounds dramatic, particularly with the mountain backdrop! But as the above quote suggests accepting that business, and indeed life, is a series of challenges puts us in the right frame of mind. Successful people don't see life as opportunities, problems, lucky breaks or threats but as a series of challenges. Problems are challenges to be overcome whilst with opportunities the challenge is to get the most out of them.
The Business Genius 6 day challenge has been devised to address the key areas of your business which have a massive effect on sales and the value you get from your customers. Each key area on its own will add value to the business but also each builds on the previous one and has a multiplier effect on income and profits.
Who is this for?
I am looking for business owners that want to grow their company and understand they need a systemised approach to achieve this. They also need to be dedicated and serious enough to use the tools available to apply these ideas to their own business. It is also designed around the limited time and resources available to most small business owners. By having the resources online and support via forums, emails and remote meetings this is the most cost effective and convenient approach to business growth.
Why is this free?
This is a free version of a more in-depth system. Following through on each of there challenges will add value to your business but in doing so I want to get feedback which informs the further development of the full system. By taking advantage of communication technology this is an approach low on time and resource commitment for small businesses, flexible but which brings excellent results.
Why Business GENIUS?
Business GENIUS is the name of a business development system. Each letter represents a phase in the process:
Get Set: Understand the basics of your ideal customer and unique value. Develop positioning and risk reversal strategies and ensure delivery systems are in place. Set targets and formulate a plan.
Engage: Find and engage with your potential clients and customers
Nurture: Develop the relationship with the leads generated and convert to a sale.
Integrate: Develop the systems which integrate a customer into your organisation.
Upgrade: Strategies and tactics that add value to customers and increase their value to the business.
Supercharge: Build on the value of the business by systemisation, joint ventures and capitalisation strategies.
That's a very quick summary but gives an idea of the scope and logic behind the system.
Once you have signed up you will get access to the challenges. In each case there is a presentation of the key ideas and tools to apply this to your business. If you require further support or have any questions there is a discussion forum available on each page or, if you prefer, an email link.
Special Bonus
For a Limited Time:
I have set aside some time to discuss your challenges and once you login you can book a 20 minute phone or Skype call for a remote meeting where we can discuss how the challenge relates to your particular situation.
*Note: There are limited time slots available so it is first come first served.
So what are the Challenges?
1. Get to know your ideal client.
A key idea in business development and is often sited by successful business people that once they understood their niche the business took off. We will look at identifying and understanding the market and how that is the basis to successful communication.
2. What makes you unique?
How can your market differentiate between you and your competitor, if they can't, they can only judge on price and that's not the way we want to go. In this challenge we look at what makes you unique in the eyes of your ideal client and what value you provide. We also look at ways to communicate this unique value in different ways.
3. Why should I buy from You?
If a client wants, needs and can afford what you sell there is only one other hurdle and that is trust. Here the challenge is to build trust in potential clients and get them over that final hurdle.
4. Fantastic leads and where to find them?
The next challenge is to identify qualified leads, knowing what we do about you unique value and ideal client. What principles should apply to all your lead generation tools.
5. From Hot Lead to Customer
With a list of hot leads and prospects what next. How do we convert them into valued customers? The challenge is to apply the principles to your conversion system.
6. From Customer to Avid Fan and Advocate
The sale is only half the story! Once you have a customer what are you doing to nurture that relationship? Are you gaining the maximum value form each customer and are you providing a service that takes them from being a client and instead becoming part of your sales team.
